Climate Change ISA Shopping Bag Shopping with us is made easy with our Shopping Bag feature. With this system, you put your items in the bag, then proceed to the checkout. After you choose and before you pay, you can put items back on our digital shelves, or pick up others for the bag. How do I place items in my Shopping Bag? Below each available item on our site, there is an "Add to Shopping Bag" icon. Click this icon and you will go to the "Shopping Bag" page, where the item you selected will appear listed along with any other items previously added to the Shopping Bag. How do I change the items in my Shopping Bag? To add more items to your order, click on the "Continue Shopping" button. To remove an item from the bag, click on the "Remove" box to the right of it, then click on "Update." The item will then disappear from the Shopping Bag. To change the quantity of any item in your Shopping Bag, enter the desired number in the Quantity box, then click "Update". Your new quantity and subtotal should now appear. How do I buy these items? Once the items you would like to purchase are in your Shopping Bag, click "Checkout." You will then be prompted to enter your e-mail address and password. If you don’t have an account, you will be asked to Create an Account, (for more on the registration process, visit Creating an Account in the Help Section). After you sign in or create your account, a summary of your order -- along with your billing, credit card and shipping information -- will appear. Click on "Purchase" to enter your completed order for immediate processing. Can I change information such as delivery address? Yes. On the "Checkout: Options" page, you have the option to enter an alternative shipping name, address and credit card information. It’s not too late to change your order, either -- just click the Shopping Bag icon above. From there, you can edit the information to your satisfaction. To allow for faster ordering in the future, you may change billing, shipping and credit card information permanently. Click on the Account Centre icon at the top of any page and select "Your Settings". After you've altered the settings, click "Submit" to make the change. How do I know my order has been completed? You will see a page thanking you for your order, from which you can then return to our home page. You will also recieve an order confirmation email at your registered email address. I put some items in my Shopping Bag on my last visit and they're still there today. Why?
